Mosaic International Event Scouting Trip, June 3-6th
Join us on June 3-6th (or for a day for locals) for a fun-filled weekend as a small group of about 15-20 of us head to Yellow Spring, West Virginia to "scout out" and research this summer’s International Event activities (hikes, bikes, climbing, points of historic and/or cultural interest etc.). We'll be staying at the beautiful Concord Retreat (in singles or double rooms all in one rustic house) with communal breakfasts & dinners provided on-site – or make your own arrangements and join us for scouting during the day(s). This is a wonderful and very important way to help contribute to the smooth running of the International Event by helping find the area’s best activities -- while also having a fun and active weekend with a great group of people from the U.S. & Canada! We'll scout by day in small groups -- pending people's interests and expertise -- and then convene at night to share our day’s research and information over delicious dinners -- and then enjoy some camp fires (oh yes, there'll be smores!), some music and games once our business is done! J Based on our total number of scouts etc. and distances traveled, a portion of the scouting trip costs will be subsidized by MOCA.
